Golovkina V. Improvement of the therapeutic and orthopedic preparation of root at prosthesis of the patients with absence of the crown of the teeth.

the object - full defects of the crown part of teeth before and after the prosthesis. the purpose – to raise the efficiency of the prosthesis of the patients with full defect of the crown of the teeth by the way of the motivation and development of the objective way of the checking correspondence to preparation of the teeth’s root to the optimum conditions of fastening the dowel constructions to account of the constant measurement of the electric resistance of the root dentine’s. the methods - clinical, functional, physical-mechanical, statistical. the novelty - was designed new methodical approach to increasing of efficiency of the orthopedic treatment of the patients with full defect of the crown part of the teeth; the dissemination of the full loss of the crown teeth is studied on territory of the city of the regional subservience by the population, was organized the analysis of the condition of orthopedic help for such patients and quality of the prosthesis with dowel constructions; was determined the dynamics of the micro hardness in the root dentine of the teeth after endodontical treatment depending on period of its undertaking; was determined that the methods of the preparation the root’s dentine, probably, do not change the factors of its micro hardness; were determined factors of the electric resistance of the miscellaneous area root dentine’s on miscellaneous type endodontical processing and electric resistance of the root seal material; was designed the device and the way of preparation of the root of tooth to fastening the dowel construction, which is founded on constant measurement of the electric resistance the root’s dentine; it was found out that the using of preparation the tooth’s root with measurement of the electric resistance the root dentine’s brings to increasing of efficiency of the prosthesis the patients with full defect of the crown teeth with dowel constructions. the results - on the base of experimental and clinical studies was designed the instrument and the way ofpreparation of the root of tooth to fastening the dowel construction with using the constant measurement of electrical resistance. Using the proposed instrument and way will allow to raising of efficiency of the prosthesis by undertaking the orthopedic treatment of the patients with absence of the crown of the tooth with using of the dowel constructions.
