Essay

This thesis is dedicated to the research of efficient methods for the early laboratory diagnostics of CMV-infection and the basis of efficiency of application of monoсlonal antibodies, to the study of cytotoxic and anti-CMV activity of 6-azacitidin and amizon from the perspective of their ability to directly to repress CMV reproduction. The capacity of original monoclonal antibodies for the early albumen pp65 CMV is shown. Applied is the method of direct determination of antigen by exposing antigen-positive complexes directly to human leucocytes in situ. Estimation of efficiency of early laboratory methods of diagnostics of CMV-infection. The high diagnostic value of a rapid culture method which confirms the acute form of CMV-infection of 65% children of early age with clinical symptoms is determined. Comparative description of diagnostic methods demonstrates different acute and persistent forms of CMV-infection in newborns and children of early age. The parameters of cytotoxicity are definite for 6-azaC: CD50 makes 2400 mcg/ml, for amizon - 100 mcg/ml. 6-azaC and amizon is clear anti-CMV activity. At the prophylactic and therapeutic use IS for 6-azaC is 48 and for amizon - 100. Anti-virus action of the explored connections is conditioned to ingibition translation of late albumens. It enables to consider them as perspective anti-CMV facilities and requires further study.
