Essay

Object of research: processes of reforming economic activities of agribusiness and development of various organizational and legal forms of economic activities in Lviv region agriculture. Aim of research: teoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendations about further reforming agrarian branch of economy on the base development organizational and legal forms of economic activity and increase its efficiency. Methods: economical and statistical; monographical, graphical; calculative and constructive; methods of analisis and synthesis, scientific abstraction, comparison, historical and logical unity; logical, systemal and diagnostical, structural and logical analysis. Theoretical and practical results: teoretical and methodological basis of the research is dialectical use of the principles of systematics, complexity and consequency in recognizing objective laws of public development for learning economic processes and events; fundamental theoretic works and applied developments ofUkrainian and foreign scholars in the sphere of reforming agrarian economy and constructing basics of diversification of organizational and legal forms of economic activities under market conditions. Practical value of the results is in the fact that their use can develop additional abilities for increasing agricultural productivity of agricultural ventures would become the prior form of economic activities. As to private farmsteads, they can occupy the proper position in the system of agrarian economy. Scientific novelty:the research is the first to ground methods of developing organizational and legal forms of economic activities according to the force of immanent stimulative impact of their efficiency by defining the degree of rational use of private owner ship advantages and making more precise the phenomenon of efficiency as the social and economic category. The research makes more precise theoretical basics of agrarian reformation and transformation of organizational and legal forms of economic activities. It makes more precise the directions of further development of organizational and legal forms of economic activities in the region on the basis of structuralization of regional agrarian market, improving economic interrelations between them through developing cooperation and integration. The research is focused on the further development of methodic basics of defining profitability of economic activities in various organizational and legal forms, methodological basics of distributing the output profit among the operators of integrated production of various organizational and legal forms, scientific basics of the development of scientific and consulting provision with various organizational and legal forms of economic activities. Degree of implementation: recommendations concerning increasing efficiency of production are adopted for implementation by the Main Board of agro-industrial development of Lviv regional state administration, Board of agro-industrial development of Zhovkva district state administration. They are used in the academic programmes of Lviv commercial academy in teaching the subject "Economy of ventures". Efficiency: the research results ground the concept of increasing profitability of economic activities of agrarian ventures of various organizational and legal forms on the basis of structuring regional agrarian market, improving economic interrelations between them through the development of cooperation and integration as the basis for develop-ment of concentration of production and deepening its specialization. Sphere, branch of use: the Main Board of agroindustrial development of regional and district state administrations, Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine, academic institutions of UAAS.
