The Object: processes of granting of services by the enterprises of credit consumers' cooperative society. The Purpose: development of theoretical positions and practical recommendations on develop-ment of services of the enterprises of credit consumers' cooperative soci-ety - the credit unions of Ukraine on the basis of perfection of compo-nents of the organizational - economic mechanism of their functioning. It is Offered: the scientifi-cally-methodical approach to economic management of the credit union by formation of the corresponding financial mechanism which includes optimization of accommodation of money re-sources by means of linear model.
