Ivantsova G. Stress-related neurotic disorders in traumatised servicemen with mechanical trauma (clinics, principles of preventive)

Clinical structure of stress-related neurotic disorders in servicemen with mechanical trauma has been studied in the thesis. 101 patients in traumatological unit of military hospital have been examined comparatively. It detected peculiarities of neurotic disorders in servicemen using clinico-psychopathological and clinico-psychological methods. There have been diagnosed the biggest percentage of adaptation disturbances (77,2%) in structure of stress-related neurotic disorders in servicemen with mechanical trauma taxing into account mixed anxious depressive reaction, emotional and behavioral disorder. It was revealed that the servicemen with heavy trauma. show reliable increase of anxiety, impulsivity rate as compared with people of group of comparison. Based on received data psychoprophilactic measures directed to prevent stress-related neurotic disorder in traumatised servicemen have been improved.
