The thesis deals with the analysis of the clinical structure, social characteristics and peculiarities of unlawful acts committed by persons with mental disorders of non-psychotic level who are found partially sane by forensic-psychiatric expertise commissions. Based on the complex analysis of the mentioned above persons, the author defines the informatively significant clinical and diagnostic features that may influence the character of the expertise decision. The author has worked out an expertise objective model of forensic-psychiatric evaluation in the process of finding a person partially responsible which is aimed at structuring, systemizing, and making the expertise decisions informative and evidential.
