Gulac E. Organizational and Legal Grounds of the Activity of Enterprises of Criminal-Executive Establishments of the Opened Type

Dissertation is the complex of scientific research of organizational and legal bases and peculiarities of activity of domestic manufactures of criminal-executive establishments of the open type. During research there were established historical aspects of development of administrative-legal adjusting of the activity of enterprises of criminal-executive establishments of the open type in Ukraine. Was made the analysis of the status of the given problem. Investigated administrative and legal bases of organizational activity of criminal-executive establishments of the open type. Analyzed the object of legislative scientific research of enterprise of criminal-executive establishments of the open type. Investigated the main aspects of international legal acts and norms of foreign legislation in the context of construction of the effective penitentiary system, in particular the establishments of the open type and its production complex. Enunciated propositions about applying concrete changes and supplementsof organizational-legal acts on questions of improvement of organizational-legal providing of enterprises of criminal-executive establishments of the open type, forms and methods of state administration in this sphere.
