Object of research - process of managing of subjects of small business in telecommunication sphere. The purpose - a scientific substantiation of theoretical and practical bases of organizational - economic interaction of the small and big enterprise, development of recommendations on creation of a small enterprise of telecommunications and an estimation of efficiency of its activity. Methods of research: logical, historical; economic - statistical (the analysis of development of activity of small enterprises in Ukraine and the world); abstraction (disclosing of the contents of concept «a small enterprise of telecommunication sphere»; «the organizational - economic form»); the analysis and synthesis (feature of functioning of subjects of small business of telecommunications); the system analysis (research of problems of small business of telecommunications); the correlation analysis (revealing of interrelation between quantity of the personnel and range of services on a small enterprise; influence of small enterprises of telecommunications on development of economy); expert estimations (definition of parameters of efficiency of activity); abstract - logic (theoretical generalization of results of research).
