Object of research: process of forming and realization innovation model of development telecommunication operator (for example open join-stock company “Ukrtelecome”). The purpose of research: exploitation and dedicated to substantiation of theoretical positions and scientific-practical recommendations of using intellectual potential in innovation model of development telecommunication operator. Methods of research: analytical analysis, logical analysis, economical-statistical analysis, method of generalization, system analysis, technical-economical economical-mathematical analysis. Theoretical principals of forming intellectual potential and their transformation to intellectual capital of enterprise are analyzed. Modern and own opinions are considered in relation to determination essence and structure of intellectual capital and non-material assets. Participation non-material assets in forming intellectual capital of enterprise and researched and reveal correlation between them. The main direction of analyze non-material assets are determined and their development are revealed. Influence non-material assets to financial result of activity open joint-stock company «Ukrtelecom» are analyzed. Extent influence information and intellectualization of society and economy on effectiveness production service of telecommunication determined here. Investigational theoretical principals organization innovation activity on enterprises opportunity and perspective creation innovation model of development telecommunication operator are estimated.
