Essay

The object of study – the concessionary policy of soviet state, which was spent in 1920-1928 and was called objective international, economic and social conditions. The purpose of study is to study, to comprehend and to open a question on features and meaning of development of concessionary relations in the Soviet country during 20-th years of the XX century. The methods: system, comparative, historical-typological, mathematical, analysis and synthesis, generalization, ordering, principles of objectivity and historizm, formation and synergetic the approaches. The practical value of the work: the documentary materials and conclusions of work can be used during preparation of the textbooks, manuals on a general and economic history of the Soviet country, at a spelling of the monographers, degree and course works, by preparation of general lecture courses and special courses. Thesis is dedicated to studying the history of concessionary policy of soviet government in the years of new economic policy. In the scientific work on the basis of wide range of sources discovered the connection between social-economic, international difficulties of the Soviet country and declaring of concessionary policy; analyzed the attitude of the Soviet leaders to concessions; named the economic and ideological factors, that had prevented from the work of concessionaires; researched stages of the concessionary policy; analyzed the social , economic, public results of the activity of concessionaires in the soviet country; discovered the place of concessionary proposals in the foreign policy of soviet government; proved impossibility of functioning concessionary enterprises in the conditions of forming the commanding-administrative system.
