Zavtur D. Regional custom-tariff policy in activization of development of the Black-Sea Region

Object: process of activation of development of the Black–Sea Region through custom-tariff policy. Aim: perfection of theoretical and applied positions to custom-tariff politicians on activation of regional development, theoretical and methodical recommendations of economic development of the Black–Sea Regions of Ukraine, formings of effective external economic policy and system custom-tariff adjustings of activation of development of the Black–Sea Region. Methods: structural, statistical, comparison and expert estimations. Results: the mechanism of realization of existent and potential competitive edges of economic complex of the Black–Sea Region and commodity producers is first developed in the export oriented economy in the conditions of activation to custom-tariff politicians, the mechanism of foreign trade policy, determinations of existent and potential competitive edges of region in the export orientation of economy and mechanism of their realization, is improved.
