Lapishko Z. Formation of infrastructure of regional securities market

The dissertation is dedicated to the study of the theoretical basis of formation of securities' market infrastructure and elaboration of methodical approaches towards the improvement of its functioning at the regional level. The functions, tasks and the economic essence of securities' market infrastructure are investigated. The main stages of its establishment are disclosed and on the bases of their analysis the problems that restrain the infrastructure development on Ukrainian securities market are eliminated. The foreign experience on formation of regional securities' market infrastructure is scrutinized. The analysis of the activity of regional securities' market infrastructure subjects was made (at the example of Lviv region). The main patterns of the improvement of the regional securities' market infrastructure were suggested. The methodical recommendations as to realization of mechanisms of municipal bonds issue were elaborated. The model organization of broker's marketing activity was suggested.
