Object of research - incomes' formation of agricultural enterprises' workers. The purpose is idealized generalization of methodological aspects, mining of the scientific substantiation and guidelines concerning advancing the organization-economical mechanism of formation incomes of agricultural firms' workers. A method of research: abstracted - logical, monographical, historical, comparison, system-functional, statistic-economical, economic-mathematical, model, sociological researches. Novelty of research: studied motivation' features of the agricultural firms' chiefs and specialists, regularity and tendency incomes' formation of the agricultural workers in the Poltava area, on the basis of it the organization -economical mechanism forming incomes of the agricultural firms' workers is advanced. It is including the purpose, tasks, control function, methods of the incomes' formation, toolkit of this methods' realization. The system of payments' formation of staff, allowing useful on-duty time and additional payment to the workers - for proficiency, chiefs - for competence - on the basis qualimetrical factor and criterional models; the model of labor activity motivations' process, which one allows for motivational factors of the separate workers, firms' policy etc.; a technique of definition the cost pledges' right of the lease on the land share, which one allows for the price of a humus' unit. The system approach concerning incomes' increase of the proprietors of personal peasant facilities is offered, which one bases on effectiveness criterions of their activity, and also concerning effective social partnership of the state, proprietors and employed manpower of agricultural firms and trade unions. The protected in dissertation theoretic positions are demonstrated to a level of the concrete practical guidelines from advancing of the organization-economical mechanism of formation incomes of agricultural firms' workers.
