Kirizleeva A. Development of mechanism for mortgage credit lending by banks of Ukraine

Object of the study is activity of the commercial banks on market of the mortgage credit lending. Objective of study is motivation of the theoretical positions and development practical recommendation on improvement of the mechanism of the mortgage credit lending by banks of the Ukraine legal and physical persons. Methods of research are system approach, formal and dialectical logic, financial analysis, economic and mathematical. Theoretical and practical results: the new decision of the actual scientific problem of the shaping the efficient mechanism of the bank mortgage credit lending in Ukraine; assistance steadfast development bank system and increase volume investment in real sector of the economy of the Ukraine. Novelty is the most further development theoretical and scientifically-methodical positions, defining way of the shaping the efficient mechanism of the bank mortgage credit lending in Ukraine. Degree of the introduction by: Governing the Federal reserve bank of the Ukraine in Donetsk area, Donetsk regional state administration, JVC "SCB "Capital". Branch of application is banks, organs of state management.
