Nataliy M. The right to strike and the mechanism of its realization

The thesis is devoted to the all-round research of the theoretical and practical problems connected with the right to strike and the mechanism of its realization. The author has defined the idea, the legal nature, the typical signs, the varieties of the strike, the differences of the right to strike from the other actions of the protest. The main causes of the strike are analysed. Legal norms of announcing and holding a strike, consequence of participation of workers in the strike that is illegal according to the court decision and their responsibility for taking part in this action are investigated. Concrete proposals about improving of the Labour Law of Ukraine were formulated on the base of putting through the investigation.
