Miroshnichenko O. Legal Regulation of Labour Relations in Agriculture.

The Dissertation is dedicated to the integrated study of theoretical and practical issues of legal regulation in the sphere of labour relations in agriculture at the backdrop of agricultural restructuring process. Agricultural workers are thoroughly classified. The work includes the analysis of the labour legislation in Ukraine, and it also studies international legal and normative acts applicable in some other countries. The focused attention is attached to studying the peculiarities in legal regulation of the emergence, continuation, and dissolution of labour relations among agricultural workers. Proposals on changes and amendments to the Draft Labour Code of Ukraine are substantiated to cover the cases of dissolving labour relations with members of production co-operatives. Legal regulation of labour hours, leisure hours, labour payment and labour protection issues, including those ones relating to labour discipline of agricultural workers are examined in the work. Specific recommendations are substantiated to improve current legislation and practical aspects of its application.
