Dubova G. The Children's with Heart Arrhythmias Quality of Life and Ways of Its Improvement

The dissertation deals with the solution of a scientifically practical problem of improvement the children's with heart arrhythmias quality of life by developing the methodology of its estimation, analysing the reasons of deterioration, using differentially the preparations with anxiolytic (Adaptol), sedative and vegetostabilizative (Bellaspon) action. A special questionnaire "The children's with heart arrhythmias quality of life", a complex estimation of the children's with heart arrhythmias quality of life and an account of the therapeutic efficiency methodology, based on the quality of life parameters dynamics are suggested for the first time. It is proved that the revealing of the psycho-emotional and the vegetative status disorders and their correction with the help of the differentiated use of Adaptol and Bellaspon in a complex of rehabilitation measures allow to raise their efficiency in children with heart arrhythmias.
