Tereshko Y. Methods of efficiency evaluation ofintroducing information systems of post-communication enterprises management

Object of research - processes of management by economic activity in postal communication in the conditions of introduction of information management. The purpose of research-development of theoretical, methodological bases and practical recommendations of estimation of efficiency of introduction of information management by the enterprise of postal communication of Ukraine. Methods of research - logical, economical, statistical analysis, method of design, mathematic-statistical methods of expert estimations, quantitative and high-quality analysis. The scientific results: methodical bases of estimation of economic efficiency of introduction of information management in postal communication by the methods of expert estimations are offered (procedure of the use of this method in the concrete terms of enterprise of postal communication is developed); the methodical providing of technology of results treatment of the expert questioning of specialists in relation to the estimation of introduction efficiency of the newest information technologies is carried out; the parameters of mathematical design and limitations which are imposed at choice criteria of work efficiency of management information are denoted; the formulated recommendations in relation to the synthesis of information management by the enterprise of postal communication. Scientific positions of research are used in Lvov management UGPPS "Ukrpochta" (act of introduction from 26.11.07), at the State enterprise the “Ukrainian research institute of communication” (URIC) (act of introduction № 14 from 15.10.2007). Results of research are used in of the educational process Odessa national academy of communication named after A.S. Popov (the certificate № 25of introduction from 12.11.2007).
