Essay

Dissertation research is devoted the problem of optimization of organizationally economic mechanism of management investments in housing building. In work the socio-economic terms of building of habitation are analyzed for repatriates. An algorithm is developed and the integral indexes of estimation of projects of investments are offered in the field of housing building. An organizationally economic mechanism, conception and Program of the mortgage crediting of habitation, is developed for repatriates, models of optimizations of investment mechanism and strategy of effective management the resources of investments in housing building.
