Zhovnir N. Strategy and tactic of labor quality increasing of the regional level

Object of research: managerial process by quality of work of regional structures.The purpose: theoretical and methodological substantiations of quality of work of regional structures which function in the conditions of development of social and economic processes of economy of Ukraine and definition of strategy (long-term) actions and tactics (short-term actions) directed on maintenance of quality of work, an effective utilisation of a manpower at regional level.Research methods: the system-analytical approach, a method of the complex analysis of development of region, economic-mathematical methods, прогностический a method.It is differentiated: a theoretical substantiation of categories "quality of work", "efficiency of work", "standard of work" taking into account regional factors of development.It is developed: a technique of a statistical estimation of quality management of work in the conditions of social and economic transformations at regional level and a technique of construction and the analysis of multiplicate, multifactorial models of quality management of work.It is entered: subsystems of quality of work which influence a management efficiency quality of work taking into account features of regional development.Use sphere: in practical activities of the city centres of employment; enforcement authorities and local governments; in educational process higher educational institutions.
