The dissertation is devoted to the diagnostics problems and the surgical treatment of arteriovenous malformations and arterial aneurisms vessels of the brain оn the basis of the contemporary introduction of the algorithm investigation and various application of the x-rays - endovascular methods. The algorithm investigation to the patients with arteriovenous malformations and arterial aneurisms has been invented and worked out. The peculiarities of angioarchitectonic vessels of the brain and arteriovenous malformations and arterial aneurisms have been studied on the basis of 93 patients radiodiagnostics results. The high effect treatment has been reached on the basis of the different application of the x-rays - endovascular methods of the 41 patients with arteriovenous malformations and arterial aneurisms vessels of the brain.
