Essay

Technology of vibrovacuumized concrete and reinforced products. Development of the scientific and technical basics of technology of vibrovacuumized fine ash-and-slag concretes. The common standard methods at research of the basic properties of raw materials, concrete mixes and concrete, the new methods of vibrovacuumizing modes research have developed. The scientific and technical basics of technology of vibrovacuumized fine ash-and-slag concretes are designed; the possibility of quality improvement of vacuum fine ash-and-slag concrete at the expense of the electrolyte additive is theoretically proved; the regression equations connecting basic vacuumizing quantities with fine ash- and-slag concrete composition and the thickness of the formed product (construction) are received. The bases of compacting theory of fine ash-and-slag concrete mixes by vibrovacuumizing are developed; the technology of vibrovacuumized products on a basis of ash-and-slag mixes is developed and investigated; the way of qualityimprovement of vacuum-concrete at the expense of the electrolyte additive is offered; the correlation dependences, allowing to define a rational vibrovacuumizing mode of concrete mixes are given.
