The dissertation is devoted to investigation of the German Nazi administration's policy concerning the legal periodicals in Reichscomissariat "Ukraine" during 1941-1944. The place of the press in the Nazi propagation in Third Reich, the changing of the publishing process organization according the requirements of military time are examine, the same as the peculiarity and specific of functions of the central leadership, patronized the press publishing in German. The structure of occupation authorities, coordinated a process of periodicals publishing, is shown. The differences in control for press in the various time's periods (the level of author's freedom, carrying out of censorship, using the fine sanction) are researched. The common quantity of issues in Reichscomissariat "Ukraine" is determined owing to the new necessary documental sources and analysis of the Ukrainian historiographical achievements. The specific of rise and existing of the local publishing houses, the level of editor's and staff'sskill, logistics is investigated in detail. The reading of periodicals and extent of theirs influence on the local inhabitants are researched.
