The results of the first-time conducted in the economic and climatic conditions of a separate farm complex research of economic and biological peculiarities of Black-and-White cattle of Holland, West-German, East-German and Ukrainian selection in four generations during the four lactations has been shown in this dissertation. Comparative evaluation of growth and individual development, exterior properties, milk productivity, morphological and biochemical properties of udder, reproductive ability, duration of lactation, chemical composition of milk, morphological and biochemical blood indexes and fatiy acids of lipids in the milk and blood of the cows of different selections in four generations have been carried out
