Ozerov I. Diagnostics and treatment of the osteoarthritis of hip joints in the people of senior age groups (experimentally-clinical research).

Object of research: an osteoarthrosis of a hip joint at sick senior age groups; an experimental osteoarthrosis of a hip joint at laboratory rats. The work purpose: to improve methods of diagnostics and treatment sick of a hip joint osteoarthrosis in the senior age groups by studying of clinicoradiological features of a current of disease and a structurally functional condition of an osteal tissue. Research methods: clinical and orthopedic examination, questionnaires, X-ray, ultrasound bone densitometry, X-ray morphometry analysis, histological, histomorphometry analysis, the statistic analysis. Scientific novelty. For the first time are described X-ray morphometry features of a hip joint at sick of an osteoarthrosis depending on age and a sex. The device and a way of diagnostics, monitoring of an osteoarthrosis and density of an osteal tissue at patients with osteoarthrosis hip joints is offered. For the first time the way of experimental modelling of an osteoarthrosis of a hip joint is offered by a method of a tangential scarification. For the first time, on the specified model, the place and a role of a subchondral osteal tissue in pathogenesis an osteoarthrosis of a hip joint is specified and influence of agents of modifying action and antiresorptive agents on a structurally functional condition of an osteal and cartilaginous tissue is studied. For the first time features of a structurally functional condition of osteal system at sick of a hip joint osteoarthrosis in the senior age groups depending on age and a sex are studied. The differentiated schemes of treatment of clinical implications of an osteoarthrosis of a hip joint by structurally-modifying agents and antiresorptive agents are offered, scientifically proved and introduced in practice. Efficiency of the specified agents in osteoarthrosis treatment is proved. Practical value. Differential and diagnostic criteria of anatomo-radiological types of an osteoarthrosis of hip joints (lateral, medial and concentric) at sick senior age groups are described. The differentiated approach to treatment of an osteoarthrosis of hip joints depending on expression of structurally functional changes of an osteal tissue, age and a sex of patients is offered. Positive influence of an agent of modifying action «Teraflex», antiresorptive agents «Myacalcic», «Calcemin» on a structurally functional condition of an osteal and cartilaginous tissue is proved at treatment sick of an osteoarthrosis.
