Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to estimation of chronorhythmological aspects of gout in patients with hepatobiliary pathology and improve complex treatment by phytolytum and choliver added to the gout therapeutic complex. Gout is characterized by time-related disorganization of urine uric acid concentration, serum pro-, antioxidant parameters, proteolysis, fibrinolysis. Profile features of urine uric acid concentration may be employed for the early diagnostic of acute gout attack. Phytolytum and choliver added to the gout therapeutic complex shows hypouricemic, hepatoprotective, hypolypydemic, antioxidant properties.
