A research object - is innovative process control at state and corporate levels. Research purpose - theoretical обґрунтування of substantive methodical provisions of the control of realization of R&D effectiveness system in corporate structures ta development of practical recommendations in relation to its introduction from positions makro- and мікроекономічних approaches. Research methods and apparatus - are an economic and statistical analysis, grouping, graphic design of organizational structures, expert estimation, analogy and strukturizatsiya of aims, economic design.Theoretical and practical results - decide the scientific task of обґрунтування of теоретико-methodological principles of management of scientific and technical activity effectiveness in the corporate sector of economy in the new conditions of markets. A novelty - is development of mechanisms of management of scientific and technical activity of corporate structures effectiveness as one of main constituents of the general state control innovative activity system. Degree of introduction - it is inculcated Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine, by Committee of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on questions of science and education, VAT of "Daymer Shipping Ocean", by the National university of shipbuilding. Sphere (industry) of the use - during realization of derzhanoy of industrial policy, at development of Conception of development of industrial complex of Ukraine on a period to 2017, there is the "National innovative system of Ukraine at preparation of the parliamentary listening: problems of forming and realization", at preparation of informatsiyno-analitichnikh materials for governmental documents, at making administrative decisions top-management, there is "Management in a production sphere" and "Innovative management at teaching of disciplines".
