Anpilogov O. Legal adjusting of participation of public prosecutor in the administrative legal proceeding in relation to defence of rights and freedoms of citizen

Dissertation is devoted to problem questions of realizing of defense of citizen's rights, liberties and law interests in administrative court process by prosecutor and grounding of directions of development of corresponding law. Peculiarities of administrative process capability of prosecutor in administrative court process are defined. Process actions, rendering in order of representation of representation of prosecutor in administrative court of first instance are systematized and peculiarities of prosecutor's administrative process capability in revision of courts decisions are defined. Necessarily of bringing changes in law for matter of development of law regulations of process of realizing of by prosecutor a function of representation in administrative court process are grounded.
