Essay

The dissertation is devoted to definition of essence, features of communal management and its administrative legal regulation, and also to development of the scientifically-grounded propositions concerning perspective directions of increase of efficiency in this kind of public management and quality of its legal regulation. Definitions of the mechanism of administrative-legal regulation of communal management, bodies of communal management, and objects of a social infrastructure are offered. Propositions on increase of efficiency of realization of communal management in settlements of Ukraine and to improvement of its administrative-legal regulation are proved and formulated.
