This dissertation consists of research data of patients with primary open angle glaucoma аnd coexisting cataract. Phacotrabeculotomy is a new method that was developed for surgical treatment in patients with coexisting pathology primary open angle glaucoma and cataract. This method is an unique combination of phacoemulsification and deep no penetrating sclerectomy with subsequent laser trabeculectomy.
