Dissertation is devoted research 150 mentally patients with acute alcoholic psychoses and gloomy disorders of consciousness by organic defeat of cerebrum, during what 105 from them have made social dangerous acts. Found out clinical-dynamic structure of acute alco-holic psychoses and gloomy disorders of consciousness by organic genes during which pa-tients made social dangerous acts. Character and structure criminal acts is analyzed and found out high public danger of these patients. Certainly intercommunication of clinical, so-cial factors of personalities in genes accomplished social dangerous acts during these acute psychotic states of alcoholic and organic genesi. From the medical-legal point of view neces-sity of setting to these patients of the compulsory measures of medical character with the purpose of prophylaxis of accomplishing by them repeated the social dangerous acts.
