The thesis is devoted to the complex analysis of content and main points determination of the administrative and jurisdictional activity of the body of sanitary and epidemiological service. Research results, which concern legal regulation of the administrative and jurisdictional activity of the body of sanitary and epidemiological service, have been introduced. A statement that the administrative and jurisdictional activity of the body of sanitary and epidemiological service can be identified as an activity of these bodies or their officials according to the crime revealing and fixation and to the examination and determination of administrative cases have been determined. Features of this activity have been shown. A status of the body of sanitary and epidemiological service has been examined. Principles, ways and forms have been pointed out and separate administrative and jurisdictional proceedings have been analyzed in the work. Activity of the body of sanitary and epidemiological service according tothe prevention and stopping of sanitary wrongs, forfeit and recovery of penalty order, and also use of financial sanctions have been attended. Composition of administrative wrongs that is a basis for keeping records by the body of sanitary and epidemiological service has been stressed. They have a right to investigate it and pronounce a conclusion. Proposals according to administrative and jurisdictional activity improvement of the body of sanitary and epidemiological service have been formulated. A number of proposals according to the alteration and amendment of the Ukraine Code about administrative wrongs and chain of subordinate normative acts have been grounded.
