Essay

The Object: process of management expenses enterprises on base of increasing to efficiency to motivations of the work worker. The Purpose: development scientific and methodical recommendation on increasing of efficiency of management expenses enterprises by improvements of the mechanism to motivations worker. The Methods: theoretical generalization; the analysis and syntheses; the economy-statistical methods: comparisons, grouping; economic and mathematical modeling. It Is Offered: recommendations on optimization of the expenses of the enterprise; the system action, directed on ensuring the constant develop-ment of the enterprise; the efficient system to motivations of the work worker; prediction model of the economic growing of the enterprise on base of the integrations economic interest subject of the management and its worker. The Sphere of the use: high schools of the Ukraine.
