Mudrenko I. Autoagressive behaviour in patients with the first psychotic episode

In the dissertational work on the basis of studying social, clinico-psychopathological, pathopsychological features of 100 patients with the first psychotic episode socially-status, clinico-psychopathological and psychodiagnostic predictors of autoagressive behaviour formation are stated, methods of secondary prophylaxis are developed. The basic group consists of 58 patients with autoagressive displays; the control group consists of 42 patients without attributes of autoagressive behaviour. The interrelation between the constitutional, socially-status features and a psychopathologic symptomatology with suicidal risk is established. The clinical phenomenology of autoagressive behaviour is studied. It is established that the leading place in formation of suicidal behaviour during the first psychotic episode belongs to a psychopathologic symptomatology. Suicidal attempts in patients with the first psychotic episode have true character. Urgent suicidal help with use of a pharmacotherapy and crisis psychotherapy was given to patients.
