Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the development of continuous action automated centrifugal mixer with the additional mixing area for loose materials of light industry. The mathematical models of mixture particles motion kinematics and dynamics inside a mixer are developed. The continuous action mixer construction with increased productivity and smoothed ability is offered. The parameters determination method is developed and operations modes control system of the continuous action centrifugal mixer with the additional area of mixing is offered, that allows to decrease the rejections of composition percentage from a set value. Area of application – light industry.
