Oleynik O. The prevention of senere socially dangerous acts of mentally illness, directed against the members of family

In a dissertation the results of investigation of 120 mentally illness, which have committed heavy socially dangerous acts directed against the members of family and 60 mentally illness without the aggressive tendencies in an anamnesis are submitted. As results of the comparative analysis are detected predictions of risk of aggressive behavior of mentally illness in family, which should be taken in are attention at prognosis socially dangerous acts. Through the forensic-psychiatric analysis of a genesis the factors participated in process of formation and realization of aggression are established. It is detected, that in a determination of aggressive acts by schizophrenic patients the essential part in a genesis took clinical and personal factors. For patients with an organic affection of a brain the main role of clinical and social factors was marked. The rehabilitation-preventive programs of forced measures of medical character with allowance of factors of a genesis of heavy socially dangerous acts of mentally illness, directed against the members of family are designed.
