Azarov O. Small business of Ukraine in the development of national economics

Object of the research is the processes of improvement of research and system of the assessment of influence of small business to the national economy. Objective of the work is the foundation and development of the theoretical basics, methodological approaches and scientific – practical recommendations as to improvement of the methodic of research and system of the assessment of influence of small business to the national economy. Methods of research: - logics, dialectics, system approach, cluster analysis, inquirer surveys, combined methods, statistic analysis, technical-economical analysis, system-structural analysis, comparison analysis. Practical worth of the received results is based on the fact that developed approaches and received results constitute methodic basis of the improvement of research and system of the assessment of the influence of the small business to the national economy. Scientific novelty of the received results is based on the fact that the matrix of factorial burdens, which predetermine certain risks for the development of the small entrepreneurship in the region was developed; cluster analysis was adopted in the processing of the inquirer surveys in the assessment of influence of small business to the national economy and recommendations for applying combined methods of the assessment of small business with the consideration of types of activities were given. It was improved: notion apparatus was improved by implementing of the author notion of “entrepreneurship activity”; approaches to the determination of indicators, characterizing social processes in the region by implementing the complex parameter “social effects”. The following issues were further developed: systematization of factors and conditions of the development of small entrepreneurship, which have to be determined within basic directions (economical, social-cultural, innovative); regional effects expected from the development and support of small entrepreneurship as a weighty sector of the development of national economy; methodic approach to the calculation of cash flows by implementing the use of analytic platform “Analytic technologies”.
