Mashnenkov K. State of innovation policy of multi-profile industrial enterprise.

Object of the research is the process of improvement of the state innovative policy of conglomerate industrial enterprise in Ukraine Objective of the work is the foundation of the theoretical-methodological basics and practical recommendations as to improvement of the state innovative policy of conglomerate industrial enterprise, and directions of effective use of the resources during the process of extension of the activities profiles. Methods of research: specific searching methods, system and structural analysis, structural-logical analysis, functional-value based analysis, methods of optimization. Practical worth of the received results is based on the fact that received scientific results can be applied in the process of formation and improvement of the innovative policy of Ukraine as a weighty factor for the formation of economical model of the development of economics. Scientific novelty of the received results is based on the resolution of the scientific problem of foundation of the state innovative policy of conglomerate industrial enterprise on the base of implementation of the organizational-economical mechanism of innovative development. For the first time it was proposed to assess the efficiency of the realization of innovations with the use of assessment criteria and indexes, and also functional-logistical approach to the determination of the main innovative priorities in the development of the conglomerate industrial enterprise with the consideration of the limitation of the resources was founded It was improved: notion apparatus of the innovative entrepreneurship with the help of introduction of the notion “enterprise potential in the formation of the new activities profiles” to the scientific circulation; methodic of the formation of innovative policy of industrial enterprise, directed to the extension of the profiles of its activities; main directions of the steps for effective use of the labor resources and improvement of quality and competitiveness of production in the process of formation of the state innovative policy of conglomerate industrial enterprise. The following issues were deeply developed: process of formation of the main strategy of “conglomeracy” of industrial enterprise; classification of the criteria of selection of optimal variant of innovative development and assessment parameters for the chosen innovative projects.
