Kleban O. Increasing economic efficiency of using of capital assets of agricultural enterprises

The object of research: economic relations as to forming of economic efficiency of capital assets usage of agricultural enterprises. The purpose of research: development of theoretical, methodological bases and practical recommendations concerning the increasing of economic efficiency of using of farm capital assets in the reformed agricultural enterprises. Methods: abstract and logical, index, normative, correlation analysis, regression procedure, sociological, economical and mathematical analysis, monographic. Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical and methodological basis of research is formed by fundamentals of domestic and foreign economic science as to using of capital assets. The practical importance of the received results is that offered directions of increasing of economic efficiency of using of capital assets can be used in the agricultural enterprises of all forms of property. Research novelty: for the first time directions of increasing of effective use of capital assets of agricultural enterprises on the basis of creation of their organizational associations and strengthening of adaptation to price correlations at the farmer's market is substantiated. There are specified theoretical and methodological bases of analysis of economic efficiency of using of capital assets in agricultural enterprises make use of the improved system of indexes. There are improved existent scientific opinions on the methods of regulative influence of government bodies, directed on large-scale agricultural enterprises which have limited possibilities of maneuvering by capital assets and which have difficulty adaptation to the changes of the market situation. There are obtained further development of methodical approaches and estimation of rules and tendencies of the use of capital assets of agricultural enterprises in a postreformed period with use of modern methods of economic researches; of principle bases of economical-mathematical model of optimization of capital assets' structure of agricultural enterprises in the conditions of the variable market situation. Degree of introduction: results of research are approved and used by the management of agro-industrial development of state administration in Yavoriv district, by private farm firm "Ukraine" in Yavoriv district of Lviv oblast. Theoretical development of research is used in the educational process of Lviv national university of veterinary medicine and biotechnologies named after S.Z.Gzytskyi. Efficiency: results of research provide the increasing economic efficiency of using of capital assets of agricultural enterprises due to creation of their organizational associations and strengthening of adaptation to price correlations at the farmer's market. Sphere, field of use: subject of enterpreunership in agriculture, management of agro-industrial development of regional and local state administrations, in educational process of universities.
