Essay

Object are processes of treatment and transmission of sequence of shots in the systems of radio contact on the railway transport. Purpose is diminishing of time of treatment and transmission in the systems of radio contact on a railway transport due to reduction of interpersonnel surplus. Methods are the theories of the difficult systems, mathematical statistics probability, information and connection, systems of treatment and reflection of information theory theory. Results - the method of compact representation a videoinformation both its offered algorithmic and engineering realization is developed on the basis of the of interpersonnel encoding of lengths of series.
