Zhukovska Y. Central statistical classifications of Ukraine (methodical ensuring of construction)

Purpose of research: development methodical ensuring the design new central statistical classifications of economic activities and products. Object of research: central international classifications of economic activities and products. Subject of research: methodical ensuring the design new central statistical classifications of economic activities and products. Methods of research: methods of analysis, deduction, classification, method of comparison, grouping. Scientific novelty consists in development of scientific approaches as well as development methodical ensuring the design new central statistical classifications of economic activities and products. The basic scientific aspects lie in the following: for the first time: new Ukrainian classification of types of economic activities (KVED) has been developed; the main methodological features of the Classification of Economic Activities (KVED ДК 009:2005) and of the New Classification of Economic Activities (KVED new) as well as the core methodological bases of comparisons of kinds of economic activities of these classifications have been designated in this dissertation; harmonization the basic economic activities classifications: ISIC (Rev. 4) - NACE (Rev. 2) KVED (new edition offered by the author) have been concerned; new structure Ukrainian central statistical classification of products (CSCP) has been developed; the following issues have been improved methodical ensuring the design KVED (DK 009:2005); in tabular form the authors present a list the data on the structure of classifications of economic activities and products: ISIC (Rev. 3.1) and ISIC (Rev. 4), NACE (Rev. 1.1) and NACE (Rev. 2), CPC (Ver. 1.1) and CPC (Ver .2), CPA (Rev. 1) and CPA (Rev. 2); methodological principles the distribution of the population of statistical observation units to by the new KVED economic activity; undergone further development: The tables for responsibilities of type activities by KVED (new edition offered by the author) (4 sign) and CSKP (new structure offeredby the author) (5 sign) have been done in accordance with the changes of the NACE (Rev. 2) and CPA (Rev. 2). Extent of implementation: research results have been implemented into practice State Statistics Committee or Ukraine. Particular results have been applied to the studying process of State Academy of Statistics, Accounting and auditing while teaching disciplines as follows: "Systems statistical classifications Ukraine".
