This dissertation devoted to investigation of proffesor S.V.Bashtan’s creative activity as founder and leader of Kyiv academic bandura’s performance school, and also to analysis and evoluation of this school and it creative achievments. An investigation examine proffesor S.V.Bashtan and his students creative achievments, reveal sources, conditions and directions of method-pedagogical and concert-performance tradition’s forming of Kyiv academic bandura’s performance school – as school of S.V.Bashtan, define it typical signs, proved it productive character and basic place in modern ukrainian bandura’s art.
