Essay

Technology of nickel plating of synthetic diamonds, by chemical method. Developing technology of nickel plating of synthetic diamonds with necessary morphology of surface, by chemical method. Analysis by the pH instrument, red-ox instrument, atomic absorption spectrometry, complexometry, tetrametery, gravimetric method, X-ray phase analysis, laser and atomic mass spectrometry, electron microscopic analysis, optical microscopic analysis. Determination of the process of surface preparing for metal coating without usage of precious metals salts were carried out and it was defined that the usage of hypophosphite sodium fusion cake allows making the process of surface preparing for metal coating without using of precious metals salts; the thermodynamic calculations were made and the process development chemism was defined for alkaline and acid solutions in nickel plating; nickel salt of anion influence at the process of nickel reduction was studied; coating absorptivity were made and it was defined dependence from device feature microrelief. The reliability of the results was confirmed experimentally. Realize. Chemical and mechanical industry enterprises.
