Petrova I. Documentary provision in activity of local self-governing organs in Ukraine current status and perspectsvesof development

This thesis is dedicated to the research of current status of documentary provision of local self-governing organs in Ukraine and definition of its further perspectives of development. Based on the analysis of archive sources, normative and methodical documents, research publications there were studied and analyzed the main directions of records keeping development in local self-governing organs in Ukraine in 1917–1991 years. The functions of up-to-date local self-governing system and the role of local self-governing organs in management of political subdivision which determine the content of documentary processes in these organs were considered. Organizational principles and technological processes of documentary provision in activity of local self-governing organs in Ukraine were described and its main perspective directions of development were suggested
