Prylutskiy A. Organized-legal bases of the functioning of the commercial banks in Ukraine.

The thesis contains the complex analysis of theoretical and practical aspects of organized-legal bases of the commercial banks functioning. The making, development and functioning of historic-legal issues have been examined.. At the theoretical level the banking system has been analyzed, its definition has been determined, its constituents and their interaction have been distinguished. The issue of the normative-legal ensuring of the commercial banks functioning has been pointed out. The necessity of adoption of the Bank Сode of Ukraine has been explained. The author's definition of the bank, as a legal phenomenon, and its characteristic has been identified. The classification of the commercial banks has been given. The role of the supervision under banks by the National bank and the order of legal activity application have been introduced. In the thesis the conceptual position, proposals and conclusions as to the investigated problems have been formulated.
