Essay

Proteinase-antiproteinase balance during development of the cisplatin tumour drug resistance. To study the level of total proteolytic activity as well as the content of the main proteinases inhibitors (alfa1-proteinase inhibitor and alfa2-macroglobuline) in blood plasma and tumour tissue at growth of experimental tumours with induced csplatin resistance. Мethods of investigation: application of the experimental model systems of tumour growth, biochemical, statistic. It is demonstrated for the first time that cisplatin resistance development of Guerin carcinoma and Lewis lung carcinoma accompanied by significant changes of the kinetics of tumour growth. The change of the growth kinetics of resistant tumours has been found to associate with the imbalance between proteolytic and antiproteolytic activities shifted to the activation of proteolysis. Field of application is medicine.
