Essay

The possibility to obtain quantitative parameters of high-quality characteristics of decorative natural stone blocks by means of computer technologies of processing of stone surface image is first proved on the basis of theoretical and experimental researches. The influence of linear sizes and the form of decorative stone blocks on the high-quality indexes of commodity blocks in careers is investigated. The obtained results can be used to form specified high-quality indexes of commodity blocks from decorative natural stone in the process of extraction.
