Smashnyuk O. Rising of efficiency of the use of combine harvesters in the conditions of economies on the basis of estimation of their reliability level

The dissertation is dedicated to the decision of questions of rising of the efficiency of using the combine harvesters by improvement of system of the providing with ability to work with taking into account the technical level of their reliability and conditions of exploitation. On the basis of systematic analysis the strategy that is based on complex substantiation of organizational-technical measures of the process of providing the ability to work of the machines has been offered. The method of estimation of the reliability of complex machines has been improved and the analytical dependencies in relation to the substantiation of periodicity of implementation of the basic operations of technical maintenance have been received. The mathematical models of determining of the necessity of spare parts and functioning of the mobile facilities and removal of refusals have been formed. The reliability of combine harvesters in above standard term of exploitation has been investigated and the directions of itsrise have been substantiated. Production checking of the developed organizational-technical measures has confirmed the efficiency of the results of researches.
