Kravchuk T. Pension Provisioning in Cases of Breadwinner’s Loss within the Solidarity Pension System in Ukraine.

The Dissertation provides the comprehensive study of the pension provisioning issues in cases of breadwinner’s loss within the solidarity pension system in Ukraine. Theory and practice of legal regulations of pension provisioning in cases of breadwinner’s loss in the EU countries are studied in great detail. An aggregated system of normative and legal acts on the mentioned issues is carefully examined alongside with the in-depth analysis of court practices pertaining to pension provisioning. Profound examination of legal thought of the Soviet-era scholars in the field of social provisioning is carried out together with the thorough study of the modern views and ideas held by domestic and foreign theoreticians on the matter of research. Resulting from the performed analysis a number of scientific proposals are formulated to be employed for the benefit of legal science in social and pension provisioning Including for the father improvement of pension provisioning in cases of breadwinner’s loss within thesolidarity pension system in Ukraine."
