Danyliuk O. Legal facts as the basis for individual labor legal relationships emergence.

The dissertation is dedicated to the complex study of theoretical and practical issues of the normative stipulation of law-binding legal facts in labor legislation in Ukraine. The major general theoretical approaches to legal facts understanding were analysed; material and ideal components of legal facts were identified; definitions of legal facts in labor right were formulated. It was substantiated that legal facts occupy an independent place among the legal regulatory mechanism of labor relationships. Evolution of legal thoughts and ideas on the nature of labor relationships was studied. Peculiarities of legal regulation of labor agreements were studied and analysed, and ideas on improvements of labor legislation were put forward. Special actual structures were identified, among others: election for the position, appointment through competition or through authonties decision. Elements of such actual structures and their peculiarities were analysed."
